Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

At Lambda Sports Pro, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers within the European Union (EU) have the right to return most goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be

• Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@lambdasportspro.shop with the following details:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for return (optional)

Upon approval, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address and any applicable return labels.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Lambda Sports Pro will cover the return shipping costs.
• The returns will attract a CHF 10 restocking fee.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds may take up to 7-12 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Options:

• Full refund to the original payment method less CHF 10 restocking fees 
• Store credit
• Exchange for a different product
• Gift voucher (if opted for)

5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

6. Exceptions & Special Conditions

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
• Bundled Products & Discounts: If you return part of a bundle or discounted purchase, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
